Domestic & International Shipping:

We ship all orders globally using Australia Post. International orders are shipped by air.

Domestic (Australia) Delivery Timeframe:

Orders are typically received within 2-5 business days. Please understand that sometimes Australia Post is faster or slower than usual and we cannot do anything about that unfortunately. Sometimes handling time (time before your item is shipped) can be up to 3 days but it is typically 1-2 days.

International (USA) Delivery Timeframe:

Orders are typically received within 5-10 business days. Please understand that sometimes Australia Post is faster or slower than usual and we cannot do anything about that unfortunately. Orders can take up to 3 weeks to arrive due to various factors out of our control, including postal delays, customs clearance and on on. Sometimes handling time (time before your item is shipped) can be up to 3 days but it is typically 1-2 days.

Tracking Information:

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is dispatched. As mentioned above, this is typically the day after you place your order, but it can sometimes be a bit longer depending on various factors like weekends and order volume.

Returns

  • Returns: We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.
  • Exchanges: We accept exchanges for products.
  • Product Condition: We accept returns of new and slightly used products.
  • Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.

How to Return an Item:

  2. If requested, send back the product.
  3. Once received, we will process your refund within 3 business days.

Return Shipping:

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Fees:

  • We do not charge restocking fees.
